Join us for The Atlas Experience, an immersive weekend where visual art, international cuisine, and live candlelight music come together in an elegant setting at Cedar Meadows Resort & Spa.
Inspired by cultures from around the world, this unique event invites guests to experience original artwork, meet artists, enjoy globally inspired flavours, and celebrate creativity through a thoughtfully curated exhibition.

For Guests
Saturday September 19 – Private Atlas Experience (for ticket holders) 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM (dinner and concert to follow)

CALL FOR ARTISTS
The Atlas Experience invites emerging and established Canadian artists to submit original artwork for consideration in this professionally curated exhibition.
Selected artists will exhibit their work within an immersive cultural event that brings together fine art, music, cuisine, and community in an elegant gallery setting.
Participating artists will have the opportunity to:

To create a cohesive exhibition, all submissions are reviewed through a curatorial selection process.

Curatorial Theme
The Atlas Experience
Artists are invited to interpret the theme through their own creative perspective by exploring countries, cultures, traditions, architecture, landscapes, people, food, travel, or the feeling of place.
We encourage thoughtful visual storytelling that celebrates the diversity and beauty of our world.
Artwork Requirements

Up to five original artworks may be submitted.

Artwork must reflect the exhibition theme.

Artwork must be exhibition-ready upon delivery.

Artwork must be available for sale unless otherwise arranged.
Size Requirements

Minimum: 11" × 14"
-
Maximum: 24" × 36"
Presentation
Artwork must arrive ready to hang.

Frames are encouraged.
-
Gallery-wrapped canvases may remain unframed.

Secure hanging wire is required.
-
Sawtooth hangers cannot be accepted.
Professional installation will be provided by the exhibition team.
Submission Fee & Deadline
$10 per artwork

1 artwork — $10

5 artworks — $50
Submission fees help offset jurying, installation, administration, and exhibition preparation.
Submission fees are non-refundable. Deadline to submit all artwork is September 1st, 2026.
Delivery
Accepted artwork must be received by September 11, 2026.

Artwork Sales
All accepted artwork should be available for purchase.

Artists retain 90% of the sale price.

The exhibition retains a 10% commission.

Payments are issued within 7–14 days following the exhibition.
People's Choice Award
Every exhibited artwork is automatically entered.
Prize: $250 Cash
The winner will be selected through public voting during Sunday's exhibition.
Promotion
Selected artists may be featured in promotional materials, social media, and event marketing leading up to The Atlas Experience.
Submitted images may be used to promote the exhibition.
Artwork Care
Every reasonable care will be taken in handling and displaying artwork.
Artists are responsible for arranging their own insurance if additional coverage is desired.
Submission Agreement
By submitting artwork, you confirm that:

Accepted artwork will be delivered as submitted.

Accommodations
Artists travelling from outside the area will receive access to a discounted room rate at Cedar Meadows Resort & Spa, subject to availability.
Booking information will be provided upon acceptance.
